Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and 2032 ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the 2032 mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

Description of Service

2032 is a decision-tracking and analysis application designed to help users:

  • Record and categorize personal decisions
  • Set expectations and review outcomes
  • Identify patterns and biases in decision-making
  • Build a personal reflection log

The App is provided as a personal tool for self-improvement and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App to store or transmit any illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
  • Maintain the security of your device and data
  • Take responsibility for all decisions made using insights from the App

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 2032 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including:

  • Decision entries and descriptions
  • Reflection notes and observations
  • Personal preferences and settings

As all user content is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to, control over, or responsibility for your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 2032 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
  • Any damages resulting from decisions made using insights from the App
  • Any loss of data stored locally on your device

The App is intended as a personal tool for reflection and analysis. Any decisions you make based on the App's features or insights are your sole responsibility.

The App does not provide professional, medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. The insights, patterns, and analyses provided by the App are based solely on the data you input and are intended for personal reflection only.

You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional judgment or advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions affecting your health, finances, legal matters, or wellbeing.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 2032 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2032 regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
